积极心理暗示在脑卒中后患者中的应用及对心理状况的改善作用

Applications of Positive Psychological Suggestion in Patients with Cerebral Apoplexy and Its Improvement on Mental State

目的探讨积极心理暗示疗法在改善脑卒中患者心理状况中的可行性。方法选取2014年1月至2017年1月于我院进行诊治的100例脑卒中患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其均分为实验组和对照组,每组50例患者,对照组患者采取常规护理治疗,实验组在对照组基础上增加积极心理暗示,治疗周期为3个月,所有患者均于治疗前和治疗结束后使用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)进行测评,并对结果进行比对。结果两组患者治疗前HAMD和HAMA得分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者HAMD和HAMA得分均有所下降,但实验组下降幅度更大,治疗后两组HAMD和HAMA对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论积极心理暗示的方式能够显著改善脑卒中患者心理状况,利于患者预后,值得进行临床推广。

Objective To investigate the feasibility of positive psychological suggestion therapy in improving mental state of patients with cerebral apoplexy. Methods From January 2014 to January 2017,100 stroke patients in our hospital were selected as the subjects and divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received routine nursing treatment,while the experimental group added positive psychological hints on the basis of the control group.The period of treatment is 3 months. All patients were evaluated with the Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD） and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale（HAMA） before and after the treatment,and the results were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of HAMD and HAMA between the two groups before treatment（P〈0.05）. After treatment,the scores of HAMD and HAMA in the two groups decreased,but the experimental group decreased more. The difference between HAMD and HAMA in the two groups after treatment was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Positive psychological suggestion can significantly improve the psychological status of apoplexypatients,whichis beneficial to the prognosis of patients and worthy of clinical promotion.
