摘要
以长碳链烷基三甲氧基硅烷(HDTMS)、甲基三乙氧基硅烷(MTES)及八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)为主要原料,在氢氧化钾催化作用下,通过乳液聚合反应制得了长链烷基聚硅氧烷(LCPSO),用于阳离子型有机硅乳液防水剂。用红外光谱分析、Zeta电位分析仪、纳米粒度仪和场扫描电镜对其结构进行表征及分析,并探究整理液的p H值、n(Si-CH_3)∶n(R16)和预烘温度对棉织物疏水能力的影响。结果表明,LCPSO乳液的Zeta电位值为+33.9 m V,平均粒径约为124.2 nm,整理后布样表面覆盖一层光滑的膜。当LCPSO乳液p H=7~7.5,n(Si-CH_3)∶n(R16)=10∶1、预烘温度为140℃时,经整理后布样的静态接触角为144°,疏水能力较好。
Long chain alkyl polysiloxane (LCPSO) is prepared by emulsion polymerization with long car- bon chain alkyl trimethoxysilane (HDTMS), methyl triethoxysilane (MTES) and octamethylcy-clotetrasilox- ane (D4) as the main raw materials. It is made into water proof agent. The structure is characterized and analyzed by infrared spectrum analysis, Zeta potential analyzer, nano particle size analyzer and field scan- ning electron microscope. The effects of pH value of the finishing bath, n(Si-CH3):n(R16) and pre-drying temperature on the hydrophobicity of cotton fabric are investigated. The results show that the Zeta potential of LCPSO emulsion is +33.9 mV, and the average particle size is about 124.2 rim. After finishing, the surface of the sample is covered with smooth film. When the pH value of LCPSO emulsion is 7-7.5, n(Si-CH3): n(R,6)=10: 1, and the prerying temperature is 140 ℃, the sample has good hydrophobicity with 144° of the static contact angle.
