摘要
以八甲基环四硅氧烷、四甲基二氢二硅氧烷为原料,在H_2SO_4催化下制得端含氢硅油中间体,其与烯丙基环氧聚醚硅氢加成后,用乙二胺扩链,再经3-二乙胺基丙胺与冰醋酸反应,可制得季铵盐封端的改性硅油目标产物,乳化后可得到稳定的乳液。利用红外光谱和核磁光谱对产物结构进行了表征,并将制备的产品应用棉织物上。通过柔软度、白度、滑度测试、扫描电镜等方法,对整理前后的棉织物进行比较。结果表明,整理后织物表面光滑平整,软度和滑度有明显提高,亲水性和白度影响小,整理效果佳。
The intermediate of hydrogen-terminated silicone oil is prepared with octamethylcyclotetrasiIoxane and tetramethyldihydrodisiloxane as the raw materials and sulfate as a catalyst, followed by addition reaction with allylepoxypolyether and chain extension with ethylenediamine, and then reacted with 3-diethylamino amine and glacial acetic acid to get the quaternary ammonium salt terminated modified silicone oil. The product is characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR. The emulsion of the target product is sta- ble, The softness, whiteness, smooth and SEM of the fabric before and after finishing with the prepared silicone oil emulsion are compared, and the results show that the comprehensive performance is improved after finishing.
