尼龙固色剂NL-47

Nylon fixing agent NL-47

采用尼龙固色剂NL-47对尼龙拉架织物进行固色整理,探讨了固色工艺条件对织物色牢度的影响。结果表明,较佳的固色工艺为:固色剂NL-47质量分数3.0%(omf),固色浴pH值4.0,固色温度70℃,固色时间20 min。尼龙固色剂NL-47能显著改善尼龙拉架织物的各项湿处理色牢度,色变小、对手感影响小,特别适合于敏感色和中浅色织物的固色,且不易出现固色斑,可满足各种尼龙高品质加工的需要。

Fixing agent NL-47 is used for color fixing of nylon fabric, and the effect of fixing conditions on color fastness of the fabric is discussed. The results show that the optimum fixing process is 3%（omf） of NL-47, the pH value of fixing bath of 4, fixing at 70 ℃ for 20 rain, The color fastness of treated fabric can be improved significantly by fixing agent NL-47, with little influence on color shade and hand feeling. It is especially suitable for the fixation of sensitive and medium light color fabrics, and it is not easy to ap- pear, which can meet the needs of various kinds of high quality nylons.
