摘要
为了解决脉冲管制冷机中冷指与线性压缩机的匹配问题,基于线性压缩机的电学、力学方程和冷指入口阻抗方程,推导出压缩机的铜耗效率和PV功转化效率的理论计算公式,并进行了冷指与压缩机的耦合实验,验证了理论的正确性。根据PV功转化效率的理论公式找到了压缩机的优化方法及其与冷指阻抗的关系。
In order to overcome the mismatching between cold finger and linear compressor in high frequency miniature pulse tube cryocooler,based on the electrical,mechanical equations of linear compressor and impedance equation of the cold finger's inlet,this article derives the theoretical formula of copper loss efficiency and PV work transformation efficiency of linear compressor. The coupling experiment of cold finger and compressor has been carried out to verify the theory. According to this theory,the optimization method of the compressor and its relationship with the cold finger impedance are found.
