套管连续流低温恒温系统的设计与性能实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 连续流低温恒温系统是液氮冷冻暂堵研制项目的子系统之一,是实现待冷却套管的均匀、安全、平稳降温的重要配套设备。针对该连续流低温恒温系统开展了用户的需求分析,确定了该系统的主要技术指标和要求,并在此基础之上开展了该低温系统的流程设计和关键部件的结构设计,最后还搭建了低温恒温系统的性能实验台,通过实验验证了系统的合理性,在运行工况附近,兑温器的出口温度波动在0.3 K以内,满足设计的要求。 Casing pipe continuous flow cryostat system is the subsystems of liquid nitrogen freezing temporary plugging project. It is also an important supporting system which make the cooling uniform,safe and stable. The requirement analysis of cryogenic user have been carried out. The main technical specifications and requirements of the system has been defined. The process flow design and key components design have also been carried out. A verification experimental system has been built. The experimental results show that the design of continuous flow cryostat system is reasonable and the outlet temperature fluctuation is less than0. 3 K,which can meet the design requirements.
