摘要
以插转式输油软管接头为研究对象,针对软管系统应用于海上输油中遇到的因接头强度不足而导致管线断裂的问题,通过分析插转式接头的结构特点,构造接头三维模型,运用模拟仿真和样品试验的方法,研究了插转式软管接头的力学特性,并通过选用不同屈服强度的材料等方式,对接头强度进行优化.研究结果表明,该方法能有效提高接头的强度,对扩大插转式接头适用范围、确保软管系统的安全稳定使用具有重要意义.
Taking the plug-in oil hose joint as the study object,and in light of the problem that the plug-in oil hose broken out caused by insufficient joint strength during the process of offshore oil transportation,this paper analyzes the structural characteristics of the plug-in joint and establishes a relevant three-dimensional model.The mechanical properties of the plug-in hose joint are studied by simulation analysis and sample test;and then the strength of the joint is optimized by choosing different materials with different yield strengths.The results show that the method can effectively improve the strength of the joint,so as to expand the scope of the plug-in joints and ensure the safety and stability of the hose system.
