摘要
在相控阵超声检测中,聚焦法则是实现声束偏转、聚焦的核心,其直接关系到声束有效覆盖范围及最终超声检测结果。由于耦合水层与被检工件为异种介质,使得聚焦法则设置存在一定困难。为了解决上述问题,利用包含Ф0.8 mm,埋深范围5~50 mm的平底孔铝合金试块进行水浸相控阵超声线阵列聚焦法则设置研究,得到了不同深度范围相对应聚焦法则的设置原则,实现了相控阵聚焦声束对壁厚方向上的有效覆盖。同时,该方法还可以扩展到多种材质的水浸相控阵超声检测的应用。
In phased array ultrasonic testing,the focal law is the core for realizing beam steering and focusing,which has direct bearing on the effective beam coverage and final ultrasonic testing results. Because of the coupling water layer and workpiece under test are heterogeneous medium,there is certain difficulty in the setting of the focal law. To solve the above difficulties,the focal law setting of water immersion phased array ultrasonic testing was studied using the aluminum alloy test piece with a flat bottom hole of 5 ~ 50 mm depth and diameter of 0. 8 mm,and the setting principle of the focal law corresponding to different depth range was obtained. Besides,the effective coverage of the phased array focusing beam in the direction of wall thickness was achieved. Furthermore,this method can also be extended to the application of water immersion phased array ultrasonic testing of many materials.
