摘要
配电避雷器是一种重要的过电压保护装置。雷电流冲击下的残压特性是描述避雷器过电压保护能力的重要参数。现行标准下针对氧化锌避雷器雷电流的残压特性实验和整只避雷器现场运行情况并不等效,通过比例单元残压特性实验测试的避雷器在现场运行中故障率仍然较高。本文选取了五个常用厂家的整支避雷器进行8/20μs的雷电流冲击实验,获得了不同厂家整支避雷器的残压特性曲线。五个厂家中的三个厂家的整支避雷器残压特性符合标准要求,另外两个厂家的整支避雷器残压值超过标准要求,其在试验过程中也发生了爆炸。试验结果表明,整只避雷器进行的雷电流残压试验更能反映避雷器的现场运行情况,应该加强对整只避雷器的雷电流残压检测。
Distribution arrester is an extremely important overvohage protection device. The residual voltage characteristic under the lightning current is an important parameter to characterize the protection ability of the arrester overvohage. The current standard of the arrester under the guidance of the unit residual voltage test and the whole arrester field operation is not equivalent. The failure rate of the arrester tested by the proportional unit residual voltage test is still high during field operation. In this paper, we selected the whole arrester of five commonly used manufacturers to carry out 8/20 μs lightning current impulse experiment, and obtained the residual voltage characteristic curve of the whole arrester. The arrester residual voltage produced by three manufacturers in the five manufacturers meet the standard, the other two manufacturers of the whole arrester residual voltage exceeds the standard requirements, the process also occurred in the explosion. The results show that the residual voltage test of the whole arrester can reflect the operation of the arrester. It should be strengthened on the whole arrester lightning current residual voltage test.
