避雷器在线监测装置的低温特性试验方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 对低温环境的适应性是部分地区避雷器在线监测装置运行中必然遇到的问题,需要研究相应的低温试验方法来确保监测装置在低温环境下的运行可靠性和测量准确性。根据自然环境低温分布特点及对电网影响的程度,总结了适用于电力系统的低温环境分类,可分为三类:-55℃^-45℃,-45℃^-20℃,-20℃~0℃。根据避雷器在线监测装置结构,分析了低温环境对状态监测装置运行可靠性的影响因素,建议使用纯度较高的硅橡胶(VQM)和三元乙丙(EPDM)作为密封圈材料,建议使用温度特性更好的元器件来设计电源、采集系统等电子电路。试验研究了温度对电阻片泄漏电流的影响,建议根据电阻片的温度特性,考虑温度系数的影响,研究在大温差下的避雷器状态在线监测的新判据。根据低温环境的特点,结合相关标准,提出了避雷器在线监测装置的低温试验方法,包括误差测量及重复性试验、环境适应性能试验等内容,用以检测相关产品在低温下的可靠性和测量准确性,对有关标准的修订具有参考意义。 Low-temperature environment is a problem that must be faced in the practical popularization of the MOA on-line monitoring device, and the low-temperature test method must be researched to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the monitoring device used in the low temperature environment. Ac- cording to the characteristics of low temperature distribution of natural environment and the degree of in- fluence on power grid, the classification of low-temperature environment applicable to power system can be divided into three gears : -55 ℃--45 ℃--45 ℃--20 ℃- -20 ℃--0 ℃. According to the structure of MOA on-line monitoring device, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the operation reliability of the condition monitoring device in low temperature environment, and recommends the use of high purity silicone rubber (VQM) and EPDM as sealing material, and recommends the use of better temperature char- acteristic components to design electrical circuits such as power supply and acquisition. The influence of tem- perature on leakage current of resistor disc is studied. According to the temperature characteristic of resis- tor sheet and considering the influence of temperature coefficient, a new criterion for on-line monitoring of MOA under large temperature difference needs to be proposed. According to the characteristics of low temperature environment, combined with relevant standards, the low temperature test method of MOA on-line monitoring device, including error measurement, repeat-ability test and environment adaptability test, is put forward, which can be used to detect the reliability and accuracy of the on-line monitoring de- vice at low temperature, which has reference significance to the revision of the relevant standards.
