基于探地雷达对变电站接地网的成像检测技术 被引量:4

Imaging Detection Technology of Substation Grounding Network Based on Ground Penetrating Radar

摘要 随着变电站接地网运行时限延长,暴露出来许多安全隐患,甚至出现主设备失地运行的情况,接地网是属于隐蔽性工程,目前传统的检测方法难以快速、准确、直观地发现接地网所存在的隐蔽性缺陷。因此,介绍一种利用探地雷达对接地网的成像检测技术方法,在不停电、不开挖的情况下,通过雷达反射回波形来实现对接地扁铁的准确定位以及宏观上把握接地扁铁的腐蚀情况,尤其对于接地网设计图纸缺失的情况,应用探地雷达能够有效地开展工作,为接地网的状态评估及后期改造提供有利的技术支撑。该项检测技术应用到新疆某110 k V和35 k V变电站接地网的检测中,取得良好效果。 With the substation grounding grid running time extension, exposed many security risks, even the main equipment to run the situation of lost ground, and grounding network is a hidden project, the current traditional detection method is difficult to quickly, accurately and intuitively found that there are hidden grounding defects. Therefore, a method of imaging detection using ground penetrating radar (GPR) to the grounding grid is introduced. Under the condition of no power failure and no excavation, the radar echoes back to the waveform to realize the accurate positioning of the ground flat iron and macro- scopically grasping the corrosion of ground flat iron, especially for the lack of grounding grid design drawings, the application of ground penetrating radar can effectively carry out work for the state assessment of grounding grid and post-transformation to provide favorable technical support. The detection technology applied to a Xinjiang 110 kV and 35 kV substation ground network testing, and achieved good results.
