摘要
近年来,高校教师教学发展中心在我国蓬勃发展,呈现出组织属性的跨部门性、人员构成的多学科性和职能定位的双主体性等基本特征。然而,作为一种古老又新鲜的存在物,高校教师教学发展中心又存在诸如认识偏差与合法性危机、专业能力与学术性缺乏、制度安排与影响力有限等瓶颈性问题。为此,要以生存机制、动力机制、合作机制和评估机制等核心,实现整体突破,才能促使高校教师教学发展中心健康持续发展。
In recent years, Teacher's Teaching Development Center(TTDC) in colleges and universities has flourished across our nation, embodying the basic attributes of inter-department in institutional structure, inter-disciplinary in composition of staff as well as dual-roles in orientation of function. Being a fresh, albeit old form of existence, TTDC has to cope with problems and challenges including misunderstandings of concept, danger of legitimacy, lack of professional and academic quality and limits of institutional arrangement and influence. Therefore, only through making major breakthroughs in mechanism of survival, motivation, cooperation and evaluation as a whole, can TTDC achieve development in healthy and continuous way.
