博士研究生教育供给侧改革:目标强化与方向转轨

当前我国博士研究生教育内涵发展不充分以及结构发展不平衡的现实,直接导致了博士研究生供给与需求间矛盾的加剧,博士研究生教育的供给侧改革亟待推进。高校作为学术学位博士研究生的供给和需求主体构成了一个闭合系统,与在此之外的开放系统共同决定了博士研究生教育供给侧改革的目标和方向,促进博士研究生教育在学术劳动力市场的目标强化——区分并明晰学术学位博士研究生培养的教学与科研目标,以及在非学术劳动力市场的方向转轨——发展博士研究生专业学位,是供给侧改革的关键。

At present, the reality of inadequate connotation development and unbalanced structural development of doctoral education in our country directly leads to the intensification of the contradiction between the supply and demand of doctoral students,the supply-side reform of doctoral education needs to be promoted urgently. As the supply and demand subject of doctoral graduate students with academic degree, colleges and universities constitute a closed system, together with the open system decided the goal and direction of the supply-side reform of doctoral education. It＇s the key to supply-side reform that strengthening targets of doctoral education in the academic labor market--distinguishing and clarifying the teaching and scientific research goals of the doctorate education of academic degree, and switching direction of Non-academic labor market-developing the doctorate education of professional degree.
