摘要
对倾斜矩形腔内相变材料紧密接触熔化过程应用努谢尔特边界层理论,求得适合工程的理论解。运用图像技术记录7种不同的倾斜角(0°、15°、30°、45°、60°、75°和90°)矩形腔体内相变材料的熔化过程,熔化过程图像采用图像数字化的方法得到其相应的液相分数与时间的关系。分析结果与实验数据吻合程度良好。
The Nussier boundary layer theory was used for the intimate contact melting process of the phase changematerial in the inclination rectangular cavity,and the theoretical solution suitable for engineering was obtained. Theimage technology was used to record the melting process of phase change materials in rectangular cavity with 7 differenttilt angles(0°,15°,30°,45°,60°,75° and 90°),The image of the melting process was using method of digitizingimage to obtain the relationship between corresponding liquid fraction and time. The analytical results and experimentaldata fit well.
