摘要
通过对一步法和两步法制备的钙钛矿电池器件的光电性能进行研究,发现2种方法制备的太阳电池主要性能参数有明显差异。一步法制备的器件有更大的短路电流密度(Jsc)和更高的填充因子(FF),两步法制备的器件有更高的开路电压(Voc)。通过电容-电压(C-V)测量、外量子效率以及开路电压随光强变化,发现两步法中PbI2对器件性能的影响。PbI2在聚3,4-乙撑二氧噻吩:聚苯乙烯磺酸盐(PEDOT:PSS)和钙钛矿之间形成空穴阻挡层,有利于开路电压的提高,但对空穴传输和载流子收集有不利的影响。
It is found that there are significant differences in the main performance parameters of perovskite solar cellsfabricated by the two methods through the research of photovoltaic characteristics of the perovskite solar cells fabricatedby one-step method and two-step method. The devices fabricated by one-step method have larger short-circuit currentdensity(Jsc)and higher fill factor(FF). However,the devices fabricated by two-step method have the higher opencircuit voltage(Voc). Through capacitance-voltage(C-V)measurements,and changes of external quantum efficiency andopen circuit voltage with light intensity,the effect of PbI2 on device performance in the two-step method is found. PbI2 forms a hole blocking layer between poly 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene:polystyrene sulfonate(PEDOT:PSS) andperovskite,which is beneficial to increase the open circuit voltage,but having an adverse effect on hole transport andcarrier collection.
