获得性丛状血管瘤

Acquired tufted angioma

报告1例获得性丛状血管瘤。患者女,34岁。右腰部棕褐色斑块16年,无自觉症状。皮损组织病理检查示真皮内散在毛细血管组成的卵圆形细胞团,含有较多的内皮细胞,内皮细胞形成血管裂隙或不规则管腔。组织病理学诊断:获得性丛状血管瘤。

A 34-year-old female patient had brown plaques on her right waist for 16 years. The histopathological features included scattered oval masses composed of capillaries. Masses contained abundant endothelial cells, forming vascular fissures or irregular vascular lumen. Histological diagnosis of acquired tufted angioma was made.
