摘要
在海南峨蔓和山西平陆两地对碳钢进行为期1a的大气暴露试验,同时持续监测两地大气中氯离子及硫酸根离子含量;采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析了碳钢表面的腐蚀形貌、腐蚀产物成分。结果表明:碳钢在两地区的腐蚀速率均较高;碳钢在海南峨蔓地区大气中的腐蚀等级为C5级,大气中的氯离子和硫酸根离子含量都较高,其共同作用造成了碳钢较高的腐蚀速率;碳钢在山西平陆地区大气中的腐蚀等级为C4级,大气中的硫酸根离子含量高,是造成碳钢在该地区腐蚀速率较高的主要原因。
Carbon steel was exposed to two typical atmospheres of Eman in Hainan province and Pinglu in Shanxi province for one year,and the content of chloride ion and sulfate ion in atmospheres of two areas was continuously monitored.The corrosion morphology and composition of corrosion products were analyzed with scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The experimental results show that the corrosion rate of carbon steel was high in both test sites.The corrosion class of carbon steel in atmosphere of Eman in Hainan province was C5,in Eman atmosphere the high content of chloride and sulfate ion resulted in the high corrosion rate of carbon steel.The corrosion class of carbon steel in atmosphere of Pinglu in Shanxi province was C4,the high content of sulfate ion was the main reason for serious corrosion of carbon steel in this area.
