摘要
从四针床电脑横机编织毛衫原理出发,研究在绞花组织四针床电脑横机上的造型结构、复合花型设计以及三维仿真。从绞花组织花型的线圈图、组织花样、压缩花样进行设计分析,结合绞花组织的编织形式、成形方法及外观特征,得出四针床电脑横机上毛衫绞花组织设计特点,提出毛衫绞花组织花型设计方法。最后,通过岛精服装设计系统对毛衫绞花组织进行三维仿真模拟,从三维立体的角度为绞花组织的二次设计提供参考,从而拓展毛衫花型设计的空间,为四针床电脑横机开发毛衫产品提供指导。
The texture,complex pattern design and 3 D simulation of cable stitch on four needle bed computerized flat knitting machine were studied based on the knitting principle of the machine. The loop diagram,texture pattern and compression pattern of cable stitch were analyzed,together with the knitting formation methods and appearance,the characteristics and design methods of the stitch were achieved.SDS software was used for simulation of the cable stitch,which gives a reference for the redesign of cable stitch,expands the pattern design space,and gives support for the pattern design of sweaters to fulfill the personalization requirements of consumers.
