纤维素酶对丝光苎麻织物的抗刺痒感整理 被引量:5

摘要 丝光苎麻织物的令人不舒服的刺痒感一般认为是由于丝光苎麻织物表面纤维的裂纹、粗糙程度以及硬度造成的。用纤维素酶对丝光苎麻织物处理时,纤维素酶的用量、pH值、温度、浴比、时间对刺痒感处理效果都有很大的影响,通过在实验中改变纤维素酶的用量、pH值、温度、浴比、时间对处理丝光苎麻织物,做对比实验。通过分析实验数据,发现纤维素酶用量影响最大。对丝光苎麻织物进行纤维素酶处理后,其刺痒感得到很大改善。 The uncomfortable itching feeling of mercerized ramie fabric is believed due to the crack and roughness of fiber surface and hardness of the fiber. When treated with cellulase,the anti-itchy effect was affected by the feeling cellulase dosage,pH value,temperature,bath ratio and treatment time,and the parameters were studied for comparison. The results showed that the effect of cellulase dosage on itching feeling is most important,after treatment,the itching feeling were modified obviously.
