论高校师德建设长效机制的“四维建构”

On the Long-Term 4-Dimensional Construction of College Teachers' Ethics

从师德建设的主体、客体、介体、环体四重维度来建构长效机制,以解决高校教师中存在理想信念缺乏、教书育人缺位、奉献意识缺失等问题。通过建立教师为主体的师德示范机制,优化教育方法为客体的师德成长机制,搭建发展平台为介体的师德保障机制,创设考核反馈为环体的师德评价机制等,共同推进高校师德建设的常态化和长效化。

Solely passing on the knowledge, college teachers are not quipped with noble ideals, nor the awareness of educating people, not to mention their commitment to education. The construction of a long-term 4-dimentional of teachers＇ ethics is of great necessity by means of the subject, object, mediator as well as the negotiator. To make the teachers＇ morality a demonstrating mechanism, to optimize the teaching methods to boost ethic growth, to establish a promotion platform to safeguard teachers＇ ethics and to create an evaluation system to inspect teachers＇ ethics can comprehensively boost the normalization and efficiency on college teachers＇ morality construction.
