Five Dimensions of the Reform and Innovation of College Communist Youth League in the New Era——Taking Shaoguan University as an Example

新时代大力推进共青团改革创新,重点聚焦"贡献度""有效度""满意度""执行度"和"保障度"五个维度,按照"思想引领、改革攻坚、以文化人、实践育人、从严治团"五维格局做好共青团改革创新工作,工作有效覆盖面不断扩大,组织吸引力凝聚力不断提高,全面迈入新时代、新征程。

Taking Shaoguan University as axample, this paper discusses the reform and innovation of the Communist Youth League in the new era, focusing on the five dimensions of ＂contribution＂, ＂validity＂, ＂satisfaction＂, ＂execution＂ and ＂security＂, which follow the five-dimensional pattern of ＂guiding ideology, reforming and resolutely fighting hard, educating people, practicing education, and strictly administering the League. ＂Therefore, the effective coverage of work would be expanded and the cohesion of the organization＇s attractiveness improved.
