摘要
国家创新驱动发展战略对工科人才的培养提出了新要求。新工科人才培养路径主要是实行学科交叉与专业融合、开展校企协作及协同育人、重新定位地方高校角色、实施新工科专业认证与专业评估。数字媒体技术专业是新工科,基于工科人才培养路径和培养需求,构建了基于"工作室"制的"校企合作、产教融合"协同育人新模式和新机制。
New requirements have been put forward for engineering personal by the national strategy for innovation-driven development. The training methods for neo-engineering personnel are integrated between interdisciplinary subjects and specialty, college-enterprise cooperation, coordinated education, role reorientation for local colleges and universities, professional accreditation and appraisal for neo-engineering, into which the specialty of Digital Media Technology is classified. Based on the training methods and requirements, the new mechanism and modes of coordinated education under the "workshop" of "college-enterprise cooperation" and "production-teaching integration" are discussed in this paper.
