摘要
OBE是一种以结果为本位、以预期"学习产出"为中心来组织、实施和评价教学的教育模式。该模式实施以人才培养效果为基础的教学逆向设计,具有人才培养目标的清晰性、多种教学方法、手段和评价工具综合运用的灵活性、充分调动师生及行业人员积极性等优势。韶关学院体育教育专业教学模式和OBE教学模式有不相适应之处,可进行相应改革。具体改革内容包括:制定预期"学习产出"标准;设计适应"学习产出"标准的课程体系;制定课程的"学习产出"标准、根据课程预期"学习产出"标准对教学策略进行优化等。
OBE is a kind of teaching mode which organizes, executes and evaluates the teaching based on the expected "learning outcome". This mode designs teaching adversely for the talent fostering effect and has the advantages of clear aim, varied methods, flexible use of evaluation tools, full enthusiasm. At present, there exists some shortcomings in executing OBE mode in the Physical education specialty in Shaoguan University and something must be done to reform. The reform ways include establishing expected "learning outcome" standard and designing curriculum system which suits "learning outcome" standard, establishing "learning outcome" standard of curricula and optimizing teaching strategies.
