大数据时代背景下价格数据共享实践研究——以江苏省南通市存量房价格数据平台为例

Research on the practice of price data sharing in the background of big data era——a case for the housing price database in Nantong, Jiangsu

加快政府数据共享是大数据时代的必然要求,江苏省南通市物价局价格认定中心搭建存量房价格数据库,推动存量房价格数据共享,满足了不同部门和行业对存量房价格信息的需求。本文较为详细的介绍了江苏省南通市物价局价格认定中心存量房价格数据库的构建方法、维护机制;重点对如何划分监测片区和如何进行动态更新与监测作了阐述;总结了当前已开发的平台功能及其运行效果,分析了数据库目前的不足之处,以期为其他地区价格数据共享实践提供参考和借鉴。

Sharing of governments＇ public data is an inevitable requirement in the big data era. The housing price database set up by the Price Identification Center of Price Bureau of Nantong, Jiangsu promotes housing price data sharing and helps to satisfy different departments＇ demand for relative data. This paper introduced the construction and maintenance methods of that database in detail, especially on the fields that how to divide the monitoring areas and how to update and monitor the data dynamically. Besides, the functions and benefits of that database was also summarized, as well as the deficiencies,with the hope to give some enlightenments on database building and data sharing.
