本文结合天然气市场及定价机制演变的一般规律,阐述了我国天然气市场及定价机制所处发展阶段,通过分析认为我国天然气运销分离后,按照＂管住中间、放开两头＂的总体思路推进天然气价格改革其主要任务包括以下几方面：运销分离后应尽快放开两头的气源价格和门站销售价格;将制定和公布中卫基准点价格公式作为一项过渡措施;加快发展天然气市场中心并将其作为一项长期任务;对中游的管道运输环节采取两部制收费方式;对下游的地方配送环节实行严格的以成本加成为基础的价格管制;尽快对天然气采取能量计量方式。
