中美贸易摩擦成因、影响与我国应对策略研究

A study on the causes and effects of Sino-American Trade friction and the Countermeasures of China

随着特朗普政府的登台,全球贸易趋势不容乐观的蒙上了一层阴影。随着一系列针对我国对美出口贸易的政策出台,中美关系将在贸易摩擦间或不断发生的背景下艰难前行。因此,对贸易保护主义发生的原因、产生的影响以及我国可以采取的策略进行分析研究是非常必要的。本文首先从中美经贸关系、国际地位以及美国内政等背景着手分析,然后探讨了对我国制造业、就业和金融系统的影响,最后提出了加强贸易摩擦预警机制建设、推进多边贸易和区域经济一体化、深挖合作潜力,以及保持稳健的宏观经济政策等具体应对策略。

The global trade has been clouded by uncertainty since Trump was sworn in. As the Trump Administration unleashed a series of policies targeting at China＇s export to America, the Sino-US relationship will struggle flat expectations because of interrupted trade frictions between the two countries. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the reasons behind trade protectionism,the influences of trade frictions on China and the measures our government could take to cope with these frictions.This paper begins with the analysis of the Sino-US economic and trade relations, the international status and internal affairs of the United States, and then discusses the impact on China＇s manufacturing, employment and financial systems.Finally, it proposes some specific countermeasures as strengthening the establishment of an early warning mechanism for trade frictions, promoting the integration of multilateral trade and regional economic integration, tapping the potential for cooperation, and maintaining sound macroeconomic policies.
