海上结构用S420G2+M-Z35钢板的研制与开发

摘要 通过低碳合金钢成分设计以及TMCP工艺设计,南钢成功研发了80 mm S420G2+M-Z35海上结构用特厚钢板。经检测钢板各项性能指标满足BSEN10225标准,钢板厚度1/2处-40℃低温冲击功平均值大于200 J,厚度方向断面收缩率平均值大于50%,探伤满足EN10160标准S2E3级要求,钢板的焊接性能优异。 NISCO had successfully developed 80 mm thick ultra-thick structural steel plate S420G2+M-Z35 for offshore application through the composition design of low carbon alloy steel and TMCP process design. The test results showed that all the properties satisfy standard BSEN10225. The average impact energy in the middle along the thickness at temperature of -40℃ is over 200 J,while the average of reduction of area along the thickness is over 50%. The detection results satisfy S2E3 of standard EN10160,and the steel plates have excellent weldability.
