摘要
为了更好满足船舶制造对球扁钢弯曲度、平直度越来越高的要求,通过实践验证比较,采用了一种斜配式矫直辊辊型设计方法。该设计方法突出优势是矫直机前无需上翻钢装置、矫直辊重车率高、共用性好、成本低、轴向窜动小、方便调整。矫后球扁钢弯曲度、平直度完全能达到和优于现有国、内外标准要求。
the inclined profile design of straightening roll is adopted by practical verification and comparison in order to meet the increasingly high requirement of flat-bulb straightness in the shipbuilding industry. The highlights of this design are that no turnover device is required in front of the straightening machine and the roll has higher reconditioning rate,better commonality,lower cost and smaller axial displacement and easier adjustment. The straightness of the straightened flat-bulb steel are superior to the standards from home and abroad.
