低温厚壁X60M管线钢的设计研发

摘要 西气东输陕京天然气管道工程地质条件恶劣、气候严寒,为了保证输气管道安全,对管线钢材质要求严格。南钢根据自身设备特点,采用合适的成分设计,优化管线钢冶炼工艺、TMCP低温轧制工艺、DQ-ACC超快冷技术,成功开发了低温厚壁X60M级管线钢产品。通过性能检验,产品晶粒细小、组织均匀、性能富裕量较大,满足客户技术要求。 as the geological and climate conditions of Shanxi to Beijing pipe work of west-east natural gas transmission project is very harsh,there are very strict requirements on the pipeline material. NISCO had successfully developed the low-temperature and thick-wall pipeline steel X60M considering it's own prduction facilities features which satisfies the customer's needs by choosing the appropriate composition design,optimizing melting process,TMCP process and DQACC technology. The tests had shown that the product has fine grain size,uniform structure and large property margin,which satisfies the technical requirements of low-temperature pipeline steel.
