耐磨钢钢水氮含量控制实践

摘要 第一炼钢厂耐磨钢采用铁水预处理→BOF→精炼(LF/RH)→CCM生产流程,通过转炉出钢脱氧造渣制度的优化,LF炉脱氧造渣和合金顺序改进,LF炉添加合金量过程配合合适的底吹,RH高真空长时间真空处理,连铸工序严格的保护浇注。该工艺冶炼过程稳定,铸坯中氮含量控制在0.0040%以内,降低了TiN及NbN夹杂物形成概率,提高铸坯质量,大幅度提高经济效益。 the wear resistant steel is produced in steel making plant No.1 by the process of heat treatment,BOF,LF/RH and CCM.The nitrogen content in the slabs is less than 0.0040% by optimizing the deoxidation slagging scheme during BOF tapping and the sequence between deoxidation slagging and alloying in LF,the proper bottom blowing during alloying in LF,long time high vacuum treatment in RH and the implementation of shielded casting in CCM,consequently,the possibility of TiN and NbN inclusions occurrence decreases and the slab quality and economical return is greatly enhanced.
