摘要
漏磁检测技术是一种检测效率较高、准确性高的无损检测技术。本文介绍了漏磁探伤的基本原理、组成和检测时的影响因素。并结合该技术在南钢弹簧棒材产品检测中的应用,针对影响现场漏磁检测结果的因素进行分析和研究,以期得到更准确的检测结果,使漏磁检测技术更好的服务于棒材的检测。
Magnetic flux leakage testing technology( MFL) is a nondestructive testing technology,which has high detection efficiency and high accuracy. This paper introduces the basic principle,configuration and influencing factors of magnetic flux leakage testing. Various factors that may influence the MFL testing results are analyzed based on the testing for spring steel products in NISCO in order to get more accurate testing results and ensure a better application of MFL testing technology on bars.
