摘要
为了评估ZD制剂对急性软组织损伤的疗效,检测ZD制剂对急性软组织损伤模型小鼠体内相关炎性因子的动态变化。将144只昆明种小鼠随机分为空白组,模型组,阳性药物组,ZD高、中、低剂量组,采用重物砸伤法制作急性软组织损伤模型,测定造模后第1 d,3 d,5 d,7 d,9 d,11 d,13 d和15 d血清中白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)含量的变化。结果表明:连续用药7d后阳性药物组和ZD高剂量组血清中IL-8的含量与空白组比较差异不显著(P>0.05),与模型组比较差异显著(P<0.05);连续用药11d后ZD制剂中、低剂量组与空白组比较差异不显著(P>0.05),与模型组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。连续用药9d后阳性药物组和ZD高剂量组血清中IL-10与空白组比较差异不显著(P>0.05),与模型组比较差异显著(P<0.05),连续用药13d后,ZD制剂中、低剂量组血清中IL-10与空白组比较差异不显著(P>0.05),与模型中比较差异显著(P<0.05)。以上结果表明ZD制剂高剂量组与阳性药物组疗效相当,且优于ZD中、低剂量,能显著降低血清中IL-8和IL-10的含量,抵抗炎症反应,是一种抗炎作用明显的外用中药软膏。
In order to evaluate the effect of ZD preparation on acute soft tissue injury and test the dynamic changes of inflammatory factors in mice with acute soft tissue injury model treated by ZD preparation.144 KM mice were randomly divided into blank group,model group,positive drug group,ZD high,medium and low dose groups,using heavy damage method for acute soft tissue injury model,test the serum interleukin 8( IL 8) and interleukin 10( IL-10) content changes after molding1,3,5,7,9,11,13 and 15 days.The results show that the continuous administration after 7 days,the content of serum IL-8 in positive drug group and ZD high dose group had no significant difference compared with the blank group( P〉0.05),had significant difference compared with model group( P〈0.05); The difference between the low-dose group and the blank group was not significant( P〈0 0.05) after the contin-uous use of 11 days,and the difference was significant( P〈0.05); Continuous administration after 9 d positive drug group and lhzd high dose group of IL-10 in serum no significant difference compared with the blank group( P〉0.05) and significant difference compared with model group( P〈0.05),after the continuous administration of 13 days,the serum IL-10 in ZD middle and low dose groups had no significant difference compared with the blank group( P〉0.05),had significant difference with model group( P〈0.05).The above results show that the effect of ZD preparation high dose group was as good as positive medicine and is superior to the medium and low dose,it could significantly reduce the IL-8 and IL-10 in serum,resisted inflammation,was a kind of anti-inflammatory ointment for external use traditional Chinese medicine.
