摘要
本文以垂柳、旱柳和蒿柳为材料,对自然干旱条件下3种不同种类柳树叶片和枝条的性状进行了比较研究,利用光学显微镜对3种柳树进行形态解剖学研究,运用方差分析评价不同种类柳树在干旱环境下的抗旱性。结果表明,3种柳树的抗旱性强弱表现为旱柳>蒿柳>垂柳。本研究为进一步探讨不同种类柳树干旱适应性差异,进而为指导和发展柳树产业提供理论依据。
In this paper three species of willow were used including Salix Babylonia L,Salix Matsuyama and Salix Viminalis,systematiccomparisonwasstudiedon their leaf andbranchtraits,by using Opticalmicroscope for Morphological and Anatomicalstudy.Finally,the strongestof Salix Matsuyama showeddroughtresistance,can be widelyused forplanting and ecological protectionfores. The purpose was providing further understand thevarious typesofwillow,to adapt to drought differencestrategy,providing a theoretical basisand a guidance forwillowindustrydevelopment.
