浓缩风能装置流场数值模拟与实验研究 被引量:3

NUMERICAL SIMULATION AND EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF FLOW FIELD TEST IN CONCENTRATED WIND ENERGY DEVICE

摘要 为了完善发展浓缩风能型风力发电机,提高浓缩风能装置的浓缩效果,采用计算流体数值模拟、应用车载法的流场测试与机组输出功率特性分析相结合方法对100W浓缩风能装置浓缩效果进行研究分析。100 W浓缩风能装置流场实测结果与数值模拟比较表明,自然风速10 m/s时浓缩风能装置内各个横断截面流速分布和沿轴向流速分布规律相近,装置内叶轮安装处平均流速表明的气流流速增至自然风速的1.32倍,气流动能增至自然风能的2.25倍。自然风速10.95 m/s时100 W浓缩风能型风力发电机在额定转数400 r/min下输出功率为117.6 W,经计算叶轮安装处风速是前方相同面积来流风速的1.31倍,比流场测试结果略低。对提高浓缩风能装置浓缩效果的研究方法从数值模拟、流场测试和输出功率验证三者进行有机结合,提出了该型转置研究方法。 In order to improve the development and the concentration effect of the concentrated wind energy turbine,combining computational fluid of numerical simulation,flow field test of truck-mounted method and the units output power characteristics analysis method to research the concentration effect of 100 w concentrated wind device.From the composition with the numerical simulation and the measured results of the 100 w concentrated wind energy device flow field,it showed that under 10 m/s natural wind speed,every transaction flow speed and the axial flow speed distribution of concentrated wind device are similar.It was 1.32 times faster than natural speed of wind where the impeller was installed in the middle of the cylinder. The wind energy increased to 2.65 times.When natural speed was 10.95 m/s,the output power was 117.6 w. The test results showed that it was 1.31 times faster than natural speed of wind where the impeller was installed in the middle of the cylinder lower than the aerodynamic characteristics of the experimental results. For improving the concentration effect of concentrated wind device,combining the numerical simulation,flow field test and power output validation,putting forward the new research methods.
