摘要
目的:探讨临床医生的离职倾向并分析其主要影响因素。方法:运用问卷调查获得数据,采用相关性分析、回归分析方法探究影响因素。结果:震撼事件、负面工作情绪与离职倾向呈显著正相关(P<0.05);职业嵌入与离职倾向呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论:震撼事件、负面工作情绪及职业嵌入是临床医生离职倾向的主要影响因素,可为医院管理者稳定医疗队伍进行有效干预提供理论依据。
Objective: to explore the turnover intention of chnicians and analyze the main influencing factors. Methods questionnaires were used to obtain data, and correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to explore the influencing factors. Results there was a significant positive correlation between shock, negative work emotion and turnover intention (P 〈 0.05), and there was a significant negative correlation between job embeddedness and turnover intention (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion shock, negative work emotion and occupational embeddedness are the main factors affecting the turnover intention of clinicians,which can provide theoretical basis for effective intervention of hospital managers in stabilizing medical teams.
