摘要
学生个体化的培养在高校教育中逐步被重视。了解学生的学习需求,可以更好地推动个人化教育培养。此项调查针对大连大学医学检验技术专业2012-2015级本科生的学习需求进行,旨在了解我校医学检验技术专业学生的学习现状及对医学教育教学的需求。为该专业学生创设良好的学习环境,帮助学生更好的成长,并为医学检验技术专业学生的培养提供更具体、实际的方针策略。
The cultivation of students' individualization has been attached importance to in higher education. To understand the learning needs of students can promote personal education and training better. This survey is aimed at the learning needs of the 2012-2015 undergraduate students of the Medical laboratory of medical inspection and technology of Dalian University. The purpose is to understand the current situation of the students in the medical laboratory and the needs of the teaching of medical education. To create a good learning environment for the stu- dents, to help students grow better, and to provide more specific and practical strategies for the training of medical inspection technology stu- dents.
