摘要
目的:探讨PBL教学法在核医学住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值。方法:将2015-2016年核医学规培生随机分2组,分别实施PBL教学法和传统教学法。规培结束后,进行理论、实践技能操作考试和问卷调查,评价2种教学法的优劣。结果:实验组与对照组理论考试成绩无统计学意义,实验组技能考试成绩及教学法评价均优于对照组。结论:PBL教学法应用于核医学规培教学中,能显著提高住院医师的实践能力,促使其早日具备独立从事核医学工作的能力。
Objective:To explore the application value of PBL teaching method in standardized training of resident doctors in nuclear medi- cine. Methods:2015-2016 years' nuclear medicine students were randomly divided into 2 groups:PBL teaching method and traditional teaching method respectively. After the end of the hale training, theoretical and practical skills examination and questionnaire survey were conducted to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the 2 teaching methods. Results: there was no statistical difference between the experimental group and the control group in the theoretical examination results. The scores of skill test and teaching method in the experimental group were better than those in the control group. Conclusion: the application of PBL in the teaching of nuclear medicine can significantly improve the practical ability of the residents and promote their ability to engage in nuclear medical work independently.
