摘要 目的:探讨TSP与TBL相结合的教学模式在诊断学问诊教学中的应用效果。方法:锦州医科大学2012级五年制临床医学专业学生共68人。随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用TSP结合TBL的教学法,对照组采用传统教学方法。结果:实验组教学效果评价考核成绩显著优于对照组。结论:TSP与TBL相结合的教学模式优于传统教学模式。 Objective: to explore the application effect of the combination of TSP and TBL in the teaching of diagnostic inquiry. Methods: Jinzhou Medical University 2012 grade five year clinical medicine students were 68. They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group adopted TSP combined with TBL teaching method while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method. Results: the teaching effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion the teaching mode combining TSP with TBL is superior to the traditional teaching mode.
