新型耐磨疏浚管的开发及其性能研究

摘要 针对目前传统疏浚管耐磨性较差、需频繁维修或更换的问题,研发了一种新型的钢胶复合疏浚管。通过采用包容式复合加工工艺,增加钢网胶层,形成耐磨层+钢网胶层+金属管的3层复合结构,其耐磨层材料主要由聚脲弹性体、丁腈橡胶和天然橡胶配制而成。经测定,耐磨层材料各项性能优异。新型钢胶复合疏浚管经过多个疏浚工程、多种土质工况下为期近1年的实船应用,结果表明:其耐磨性能比传统钢质疏浚管提高了2倍以上,降低了换管频率,减少了备件成本,应用效果显著。 In view of the problem that the traditional dredging pipe has poor wear resistance and needs frequent maintenance or replacement, a new type of steel glue composite dredged pipe is developed. By adopting the inclusive composite processing technology, the steel mesh rubber layer is increased, and the three layers composite structure of the wear -resistant layer+steel mesh rubber layer+metal pipe is formed, and its wear-resistant layer material is mainly made of polyurea elastomer, nitrile rubber and natural rubber. The test results show that the wear-resistant layer material has excellent properties. The new steel glue composite dredging pipe has been used for nearly 1 year under many dredging projects and various soil conditions. The results show that, the wear resistance of the pipe is more than 2 times higher than that of the traditional steel dredging pipe, the frequency of pipe exchange is reduced, the cost of spare parts is reduced, and the application effect is remarkable.
