摘要
超疏水材料在油水分离、无损输送、耐腐蚀性等方面展现了广阔的应用前景;喷射电沉积技术具有易控制、高效率、低成本和选择性等优点,在制备超疏水表面方面展现出了较强的优势。对通过控制喷射电沉积电流密度、扫描速度和扫描层数所制备的表面的疏水性进行分析。结果表明:电流密度为875 A/dm^2、扫描速度为12 mm/min、往复扫描两次时能制备出接触角大于150°的超疏水表面;表面微结构接近自然界荷叶的情况。
Superhydrophobic materials have broad application prospects in oil-water separation, non-destructive transportation and corrosion resistance. Jet electrodeposition technology has many advantages such as easy control, high efficiency, low cost and selectivity, which shows strong advantages in the preparation of superhydrophobic surface. The hydrophobicity of surface prepared by controlling jet electrodeposition current density, scanning speed and scanning layers was analyzed. The results show that the superhydrophobic surface with the contact angle higher than 150° can be prepared by current density of 875 A/din2, scanning speed of 12 mm/min and two times scanning. Finally, the surface microstructure closes to the situation of natural lotus leaf.
