摘要
由于UV固化技术具有快速固化、高效、节能、环保等特点,近年来越来越受到人们的欢迎。UV灯管的发光效率、质量和稳定性直接影响UV系统的固化效果和可靠性。而UV固化灯电极是UV固化系统的核心部件,也是UV能量的来源。因此,通过对UV固化灯电极芯棒与弹簧圈的焊前配合、焊接方法及焊后退火工艺进行试验分析,对UV固化灯电极加工工艺做深入的研究,以提高UV固化灯电极的质量,适应国内外照明市场的需求。
Due to its rapid curing, high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection, UV curing technology has been more and more popular in recent years. The luminous efficiency, quality and stability of UV lamp directly affect the curing effect and reliability of UV system. UV curing lamp electrode is the core component of UV curing system and the source of UV energy. Therefore, the pre-welding cooperation, welding method and post-welding annealing process of electrode mandrel and spring coil for UV curing lamp were tested and analyzed. In order to improve the quality of UV curing lamp electrode and adapt to the demand of domestic and international lighting market, the processing technology of UV curing lamp electrode was studied in depth.
