摘要 利用有限元数值计算方法,对无缝钢管控冷设备进行了三维建模及数值模拟,研究了钢管旋转速度对钢管轴向、周向、径向冷却均匀性的影响规律。结果表明,随着钢管转速的增加,无缝钢管内表面轴向各点温度不断下降,转速对外表面轴向各点温度影响较小;内表面周向各点温度波动越来越小,最大温度差逐渐减小,转速对外表面周向各点温度影响较小;径向各点温度有下降的趋势,但影响较小。本研究可为实际钢管控冷工艺中无缝钢管旋转速度提供参考和依据。 The three-dimension model and numerical simulation of seamless steel pipe cooling equipment were carded out by using the finite element numerical method, and the influence of rotating speed Of steel pipe on the uniformity of axial, circumferential and radial cooling of steel pipe was studied. The results show that, with the increase of the rotating speed of the steel pipe, in the axial direction, the temperature of the inner surface decreases continuously, while the temperature of outer surface is less affected by the rotating speed. The temperature fluctuation of each point on the inner surface in circumferential direction is becoming smaller and smaller, the maximum temperature difference decreases gradually, and the influence of rotating speed on the circumference temperature of the outer surface is small. The temperature of radial points has a downward trend, but the effect is small. This study can provide reference and basis for the rotating speed of seamless steel pipe in actual steel pipe cooling process.
