摘要
系统研究了深冷处理和回火对38CrMoAl钢组织、硬度和残余奥氏体含量的影响,并在此基础上使用开口环试样进一步研究了不同热处理工艺对材料尺寸稳定性的影响。结果表明:38CrMoAl钢淬火后直接在-75℃深冷处理,试样尺寸稳定性要好于未深冷或回火后深冷的试样;试样淬火和深冷处理后,在620℃回火的试样尺寸稳定性要好于720℃回火的试样。
The influences of cryogenic treatment and tempering on the microstructure, hardness and residual austenite content of 38CrMoAl steel were studied systemically. And on this basis, the effect of different heat treatment processes on the dimensional stability of the material was investigated by using the splitted ring specimens. The results show that after quenching and then -75 ℃ cryogenic treatment for 38CrMoAl steel, the sample size stability is better than that of samples of non-cryogenic treatment or cryogenic treatment after tempering; after quenching and cryogenic treatment, the sample size stability tempering at 620 ℃ is better than that at 720 ℃.
