均匀化热处理工艺对体育器材用新型镁合金性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用不同的均匀化温度和时间对Mg-3Al-1Zn-0.5Ti-0.3V体育器材用新型镁合金进行了热处理,并进行了拉伸性能和冲击性能的测试与分析。结果表明,当均匀化温度从350℃增大到450℃(均匀化时间12 h)或均匀化时间从6 h增大到14 h(均匀化温度425℃)时,合金的强度和冲击吸收功均先增大后减小。均匀化热处理温度和时间分别优选为425℃、12 h。 A new type of Mg-3Al-1Zn-0.5Ti-0.3V magnesium alloy for sports equipment was heat- treated by using different homogenization temperatures and time. And the tensile properties and impact property of samples weretested and analyzed. The results show that when the homogenization temperature increases from 350℃ to 450℃ (homogenization time of 12h) or homogenization time increases from 6h to 14h (homogenization temperature of 425℃ ), the strength and impact absorption energy of the alloy both increase firstly and then decrease. The optimized homogenizing heat treatment temperature and time are 425℃ and 12h, respectively.
