热处理对AZ31镁合金减振性能的影响

摘要 采用TA Q800动态热机械分析仪对不同热处理状态下的AZ31镁合金进行了阻尼性能测试。通过SU5000扫描电子显微镜对合金的微观组织进行了分析。使用Origin软件对实验数据进行拟合并完成了减振系数的计算。结果表明:热处理对轧制态AZ31镁合金的阻尼性能和减振系数有不同程度的提高;不同热处理状态下,晶粒大小和第二相均会影响合金的阻尼性能;合金的屈服强度和阻尼性能均对减振系数有一定的影响。 The damping properties of AZ31 magnesium alloy at different heat treatment states were tested by using TA Q800 dynamic thermal mechanical analyzer. The microstructure of the alloy was analyzed by means of SU 5000 scanning electron microscope. Experimental data were fitted by using Origin software, and the calculation of damping coefficient was completed. The results show that the damping properties and damping coefficient of rolled AZ31 magnesium alloy are improved to a certain extent by heat treatment; both of the grain size and the second phase affect the damping properties of the alloy under different heat treatment states; the yield strength and damping properties of the alloy have some influence on the damping coefficient.
