摘要
在压焊设备中用于定位夹紧的卡爪未达到服役期限而发生突然断裂现象。对卡爪断口组织和微观结构进行分析,然后判定其断裂机理。结果表明:热处理工艺不当是造成失效的主要原因。针对这一现象提出了相应的解决方案,实际应用中达到了预期效果。同时,也为预防该材料的早期失效提供借鉴。
The claw used for positioning clamping in the press welding equipment suddenly breaked and it did not meet the duration of service. The fracture structure and microstructure of claw were analyzed, and the fracture mechanism was determined. The results show that, improper heat treatment process is the main cause of failure. The corresponding solutions to this phenomenon have been put forward, and the expected results have been achieved in practical application. At the same time, it also provides reference for preventing early failure of the material.
