摘要
采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对C90和C110应力腐蚀试验失效的样品进行了分析。结果表明:C90试样失效的主要原因是由于淬火不充分,导致钢中存在大量的贝氏体组织;C110试样失效的主要原因是由于回火温度较低,钢中的残余应力较大。
The C90 and C110 failure samples of stress corrosion test were analyzed by means of metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the main reason for the failure of the C90 specimen is that there is a large amount ofbainite structure in the steel due to the insufficient quenching; the main reason for the failure of C110 specimen is that the residual stress in the steel is high due to the low tempering temperature.
