摘要
日本按照可持续发展理论的要求,凭借丰富的森林生物多样性资源大力开展康体和教育体验活动,构建了严格规范的森林生物多样性体验指导者培养考核机制,同时在全国范围内推广体验基地建设,并以专业和口碑传播途径提高公众对体验的认知度,成为开展森林生物多样性体验的全球典范。有鉴于此,我国政府应在政策、资金方面进一步加强对森林生物多样性体验的调控和规划,制定完备客观的森林生物多样性体验标准和管理机制,同时规范用人制度、优化用人环境以加强体验指导人才的培养,并加大宣传力度树立体验品牌形象,从而实现我国森林生物多样性体验的可持续发展。
According to the theory of sustainable development, Japan has carried out forest biodiversity experience in the form of recreational and educational practice. Besides, Japan has set up a rigorous and standardized mechanism of personnel training and appraise for forest biodiversity, promoted the construction of experience base nationwide, and enhanced public awareness of experience through professional and public praise transmission. As a result , Japan has become a global model of developing forest biodiversity experience. Learning from Japan, the government of China should further strengthen the regulation and planning of forest biodiversity experience in terms of policies and funds, establish a comprehensive and objective mechanism of standard and management, standardize the employing system and optimize the environment to enhance the training of instructors, and increase publicity to set up the experience brand image. All efforts may make the sustainable development of forest biodiversity experience realized in China.
