摘要
德育理论实践化体现了德育的本质要求,德育理论在实践化过程中存在实践方案缺失、人才培养培训不到位、相关政策制定缺位、现实问题的理论研究缺失等问题。这些问题导致了德育理论与德育实践的断裂。弥合德育理论与实践的断裂,我们应增强实践取向、加大培训力度、推进协作互补、加强转化管理,由此推进德育理论实践化的顺利进行。
Practical transformation of theory reflects the essential requirements of moral education. In the process of practice, moral education theory has problems such as the lack of practical programs, the inadequate training of talents, the omission of related policies, and the absence of theoretical research on the practical problems, which lead to the break-ups between theory and practice. In order to close this gap, we should enhance the practice orientation, strengthen the training, improve the collaboration and complementarity, and promote the transformation management in the process of theoretical practice, thereby advancing the smooth implementation of moral education theory.
