Research on the Feedback Effectiveness: Influencing Factors and Teaching Strategies

反馈在教学中的作用不容忽视,提高反馈有效性是教师和学生共同的追求。在教学中,教师可以通过以下三个方面来提高反馈的有效性:一是准确把握反馈有效性评价标准,将直接反馈与间接反馈、个人反馈与集体反馈相结合;二是重视学习者个体因素,将形式反馈与内容反馈、积极反馈与消极反馈相结合;三是运用多元化的反馈模式,将系统反馈、同伴反馈与教师反馈相结合。

Feedback plays an important role in teaching. Improving the effectiveness of feedback is the common need of teachers and students. Teachers can improve the effectiveness of feedback through the following three ways： having a good understanding of the evaluation criteria for feedback effectiveness, and combining direct feedback with indirect feedback as well as individual feedback with collective feedback; attaching importance to the individual differences of learners, and combining form feedback with content feedback as well as positive feedback with negative feedback; making use of diversified feedback modes, and combining AWE feedback, peer feedback with teacher feedback.
